How do you manage to focus on your work when so many things are falling apart?
It's a rule that when one aspect of life is going well, the others are somehow failing.
At the moment, things couldn't be better on the work front:
I have a great team, and the company is doing well.
I'm praised for the results I deliver and the progress I'm making.
My networks are growing, and there's more and more interest in my sponsorships.
More people want to work together.
And I'm co-organising 2 offline events.
From Solo Founder to 120+ Upvotes: SnippSync’s First Step
Big thanks to everyone who supported SnippSync yesterday
We ended up at 14th place on Product Hunt not exactly the rank I hoped for, but honestly, more than 120 upvotes means 120+ people took the time to check out my product. For a solo founder like me, that feels pretty amazing
The journey of SnippSync has just started. I m hoping to get some early users onboard and I ll keep adding features based on your needs and requests.
One idea I m already thinking about is organization support so a team (say with 10 seats) could all log in, create snippets, and keep their technical docs always up to date together. I think that could be super useful for companies constantly updating their docs.
Any favorite MCP tools?
I'm fascinated by the ability to extend what Cursor can do with MCP features but there are so many out there, with some of questionable pedigree, that I'm having a hard time finding the gems.
I've tried a few but so far I've only gotten good usage from the Think tool which allows Cursor to basically jot down notes on it's process which it can then refer to later. Theoretically allowing more context than just the context window https://github.com/DannyMac180/m... Since I've installed it Cursor seems to use it a lot but it's hard to gauge how much it helps in practice. I'm glad the AI likes it though :)
