What's great
The web UI is genuinley nice. Clean interface, good column types and views. If you stick to using it in the browser its a solid spreadsheet-database hybrid. The concept works and its well executed on the frontend side.
What needs improvement
Basically everything on the backend. The API has been returning HTTP 500 on every single endpoint for 3 weeks now (since Feb 23 2026). The PATCH endpoint has literally never worked - not once. Their error handler has a bug where it passes the error message string as the HTTP status code, and they leak the full Express.js stack trace in the response. My $399 payment thru Stripe doesnt appear in their own billing system. Automation runs are 100/month instead of the 500 advertised. No invoice after 2+ months for an EU business. And zero communication about any of this - no status page, no email, no in-app notice. I had to diagnose the server bug myself by reading their leaked error logs.
