Manus Engineers failed
I want to be fair: the AI itself is genuinely impressive. In this single thread, I built a 20-ad Facebook campaign, 10 original how-to videos with AI voiceover, a Facebook Collection Ad with a custom Instant Experience, a landing page with full equipment pricing, and a client-facing preview tool that helped me close four new clients in one week. The creative capabilities are real and remarkable.
But the support experience has been one of the worst I have ever encountered with any software company.
When a platform limitation caused my landing page project files to become inaccessible, I was forced to rebuild everything from scratch landing page, 10 videos, all assets at my own expense. I contacted Manus support ten times over multiple days. I was passed between ten different representatives. I was asked for a screenshot or video of a non-visual technical issue eight separate times. I was told engineering was working on it multiple times and each time, the next representative had no record of any of it.
I was eventually given a partial credit after escalating to LinkedIn. But I am still being asked as of today to install a plugin and record a video of a problem that no longer exists because I fixed it myself.
