Open GA4. Screenshot the traffic. Switch to Google Ads. Check the spend. Pull last week from LinkedIn. Export a CSV. Paste it into Claude. Wait for the analysis. Realize the date range is wrong. Export again.
By the time you're done, you've spent an hour doing something that should have been waiting in your inbox.
The frustrating part: the data exists. It's just never in the right place at the right time. So every report starts with the same manual assembly ritual - and every AI analysis starts with an upload instead of an answer.
