I've been building The Ops Show, a developer-focused YouTube show/podcast, during COVID and I'm looking at ways to thoughtfully scale it. My stack is YouTube-first with OBS + Zoom recording and then YouTube premiere + Anchor.fm for distribution. We just hit 200 subscribers and are growing about 50 subscribers per month. Would love to hear your suggestions.

Another week has passed and it's Friday, it being Halloween weekend and all I'm sure people have some fun plans, albeit socially distant of course. Personally, I'm watching spooky movies and eating pizza. Currently on the plan are: Halloween, Scream, Nightmare on Elm Street, The Conjuring, Paranormal Activity, the Exorcism. When I first started using WhatsApp some seven years ago, I noticed that most Americans do not use it. I thought to myself, "Strange," after all, the USA is the birthplace of this now ubiquitous app. Up until relatively recently, those Americans that did use it typically only used it when they or their family/friends were travelling overseas for the free calls/video calls. They did not see it as a useful business tool. Do you?

Hi everyone :) I wanted to ask the community about ad channels/networks they've had experience with and have had good success with decent costs in CPC's/CPL's outside of the traditional networks like Google and Facebook. I know of the top directories but any other niche-specific channels they know of or can share would be awesome to know :) Cheers :) Dan
