Love the knowledge base. That's something I've been thinking about for a while, how we can essentially expand our brains and leverage all this knowledge that we have but may not quite remember. This seems like a good way to do it.

How do you compete with other open source products like Comp AI?

Might be good to have the ability to sort tasks by projects and have project columns. That's what we do for Linear and it really helps to visualize everything!

Could not relate to this more. Regardless of background/experience, cofounders need to have an equal partnership. Allowing resentment to creep in anywhere will be the death of your company.

We're remote/hybrid at Bolto.com! Here's what we have that makes this work: Quarterly meetings as a team in person Clusters of employees in the same area who commute in office together Really high standards (this is most important). We set high standards and hold each other accountable. In this environment, it doesn't matter if you are in person or remote, as long as your work is getting done!

This looks great! I'm curious how you'd plan to differentiate if cal.com or something like it were to add this as a feature :)
