Such a beautiful thing, I always feel I need to use it more. Current favourite tack is to talk through holidays whilst looking at photos to get a full summary in your own voice - that's how you keep the memories.

Had this as my default browser for about 2 years - it's such a nice browsing experience! Side tabs with a toggle-able sidebar make so much more sense, and there are such lovely little ui touches (e.g. swiping between profiles). It's a shame it's no longer under active development, but I'm intrigued to see what The Browser Company has in store with Dia (which I hear is getting side tabs soon)!

Capacities
I love the object based mantra. I am currently in a phase of flipping between this and Obsidian, and I think Capacities is starting to win out (high praise indeed). Really clean UI, and the offline sync is such a blessing - makes my ex-Notion approach feel vindicated.

Obsidian
Ah man I love this tool, have lost legitimate cumulative days in it, 1500 odd notes and counting. I've tried a few other PKMs (currently liking Capacities), but I always have Obsidian in the background as it's open source and reliable. Endlessly customisable with the plugins too... I don't know if that's a blessing or a curse!

Amazing free plan, it lets you put the pen and paper (or notetaking tool of your choice) aside and concentrate on what's happening in front of you. Mild annoyance (or maybe shortcoming on my part) that I often forget to stop recording. But this doesn't affect the operation of the software, and is only a minor issue. All in all, would recommend!
