It's all in the name. Not only are the people at LACRM less annoying, wonderful, and helpful, the software does everything we could ask of a CRM, and the stuff it doesn't quite do already... we do with EASY , I mean SUPER EASY Custom Fields. This would be enough for a 5-star rating, but it gets better! After using LACRM for a year, we wanted to make some changes. It took about 3 minutes to add another custom field and delete one we didn't want. Adding new users takes just a few seconds. We spent months and months looking for a CRM within our budget that could do what we wanted. LACRM was and still is our first choice. But wait - it gets better.... the new interface is so clean, pretty, and functional! It stays out of your way, but not so far that it takes a million clicks to get where you want to go. It's all right there. And it's always right there ... laptop, tablet, and phone.... I always have the information I need with me. Thanks for the great work and 5-star software!!
