Upbase

What's great

Although Upbase is used in companies, it also has helpful features designed for individual users.

In addition to the standard features available in such solutions, it also includes features such as Notes and Journal, which are particularly useful at work.

What needs improvement

Automation and AI, in particular, are still in their early stages of development, and many related functionalities are missing.
This would be helpful in the workplace.

vs Alternatives

I've used Basecamp, Trello, and Clickup.

Basecamp and Trello seemed too simple and didn't have everything I wanted.

Clickup, on the other hand, was too complicated to configure, and after a year of use, I gave up.

Upbase is optimal.

It also has features that set it apart, such as excellent integration with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.

Can I create custom fields or statuses for tasks?

Yes.

You can create custom fields and there are statuses for tasks.

What limits exist on projects, tasks, or storage?

I didn't see any limitations.

The only thing is that you have 1 Workspace, which has no limitations.

But inside it you can run any number of projects (which are called lists here).

What pricing tiers and user caps fit small teams?

https://upbase.io/pricing

Prices are very low.

You can purchase licenses for a single user.

So, purchase as many as you need for your entire team by purchasing one for each user.

Lifetime subscriptions are also available, although I don't know how long they'll be available.

eniston Knowledge Bases
A very interesting solution, simple and quick to set up. You can run multiple knowledge base pages on your own domains. The only thing missing is Markdown support; it would make editing more efficient. Most tools now support Markdown, including Notion, which would make copying easier.

Deftform - Form Builder
A great, flexible solution for forms and data collection. I prefer adding it to websites, even instead of the WordPress plugin Contact Form 7 (less configuration hassle and no spam). However, the most important feature is the ability to automate and integrate Deftform with other applications, such as Google Sheets.
Simple Commenter
The solution is simple and functional. It allows you to quickly collect feedback, for example, after launching a website or any PDF document. This way, there's no need to take screenshots, write emails, or communicate on Slack, because all feedback can be collected directly on the website. For example, I used it to collect feedback to improve LandingPage.
