
Gamma is Untrustworthy – Ignored Refund Request, No Real Support
My experience with Gamma has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I submitted a refund request within the valid 7-day window, and since then I’ve been completely ignored. It has now been over two weeks, and all I’ve received are automated, AI-generated messages—no actual human has responded to my emails or website submissions.
This is not just poor customer service. This is a deliberate attempt to avoid fulfilling refund obligations. The company appears to be using automation as a barrier to stall or prevent customers from getting help or their money back. That’s dishonest and irresponsible.
I strongly urge anyone reading this to think twice before buying anything from Gamma. If you’ve also been ignored or misled, please take a few minutes to report them. We need to hold companies like this accountable.
