Since not much left until Black Friday, do you have any recommendations for marketing tips and tricks? I own a SaaS product and looking for campaign ideas.

So I am trying to understand do people actually bother interviewing their users to see how their product is really being used? Hey there! Hope you are having a great and productive work week :) A personal question here (and why not a book recommendation thread):
Which are the books that changed your mindset / broadened your perspective and why? As for me, I couldn't choose only one (because I believe every book I read gave me a small mindset change). However, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks changed the way I think about race, gender, ethics, and the scientific and medical system. Feel free to share as many books as you'd like and on any topic!

I am looking for an app/software that helps to track issues/bugs opened by users in an an efficient way. Currently using nolt but I feel like there are better options that I'm not aware of. Appreciate the help! Pierre Edit: The goal is to be able for users to submit an issue but also to be able to check out the current open tickets, so they don't submit the same issue twice.
