Getting started with InkWho: page checks, passage checks, and copying a result

New to InkWho? Here s a quick guide from our team.

1. Read the page result. Install InkWho from https://inkwho.app/ and open an English article in desktop Chrome. Automatic checks are enabled by default; you can turn them off from the extension icon.

2. Check a passage. Select at least 100 words and choose Analyze selection. This gives the selected passage its own result. To see which text was checked, turn on Highlight checked text in the result card; highlighting starts off.

3. Copy a useful summary. Choose Copy text & result to put the checked text and its result on your clipboard. Review the text before sharing it with anyone.

Try InkWho on your next article — what feels clear, and what gets in the way?

We re the team behind InkWho, a free Chrome extension for checking English writing while you read. Text analysis happens on your device, with no account required.

We d love feedback on two everyday tasks:

Open an English article and read the overall result on the page.

Select a passage and choose Analyze selection for a closer look.
