What's your method to iterate over your business model?

Hey PH! We're offering a freemium service in B2B (https://axolo.co, we help tech teams working on Github and Slack reduce code review time). Most of our features are included in our free plan and we started last week our premium plan for companies looking for more customization. Right now, my main question for our upcoming features is to decide whether each feature should be in the free or the premium plan. Do you have any advice?

Who's your favorite founder and why?

I'll have to go with @csallen Reason: Ships code, Creates Content and Builds community. The real Founder Unicorn. Who's your top pick? PS: Be fun and don't nominate yourself :)

Hello World! Bootstrapping my app

Hello World! My Full-time IndieHacking Journey started in the last few months. Now making it public. The intent is to build a $5K MRR by the end of 2021. I'll build, pivot, rebuild in public. Will share progress and ask for feedback. Following Pieter Levels. #buildinpublic My first product is building a NoCode Product to understand your Customer Sentiments with every Form submission. Focused is on those companies/products that need intelligence with every form submission. A product that can tell them about the customer sentiments, any kind of profanity and better customer insights with every feedback, issue, query, etc before it's too late for them. The app is currently building, https://nocodeform.co/ and will share all the progress on Twitter. You guys can be part of that journey and share feedbacks, https://twitter.com/sanketmakhija/ Also created a Ship Page: https://www.producthunt.com/upco... Happy to discuss more on this. DM is open!

What is the single biggest challenge holding your project, product, or startup back?

As a founder, there are any number of things you're juggling. And any number of issues plaguing your traction and growth. But more often than not, there's that one problem. You know the one. That one big obstacle that is keeping you up at night. And that is not only impeding your progress but feels like a weight you're carrying. It could be something real. Or it could simply be something perceived. Like a mental block. Or a fear. There are any number of assumptions in the industry about what that hurdle may be, but I'd love to hear actual issues from folks who are comfortable sharing. Because if we all have a better understanding of the actual problems, then we all have a better chance of helping one another resolve them. Thanks in advance for considering this. Looking forward to your feedback.

I'm Blake. I took Float to $14k before launch & gained 49k Twitter followers in 10 months. AMA!

In September, I had a few hundred followers on Twitter. Now, I'm about to reach 50k. In February, my personal brand and content helped me land my dream job as CMO at Copy.ai. In March, I started building Float
