Will AI Agent platform disrupt large scale Enterprise like Salesforce/Microsoft?

Looking ahead, do you think established enterprise software platforms will maintain their dominance and adapt to the rise of AI and intelligent agents? Or could agile startups disrupt the industry and capture significant market share? (obviously, this has happened over and over again in terms of disruption, but keen to hear thoughts around AI Agent especially)

In my experience, a multi-channel approach works best. Start with in-app surveys for quick, contextual feedback, prompting users at key moments in their journey. Then, use email for more detailed feedback and to reach users who haven't engaged with the in-app surveys. but @rajiv_ayyangar is right - nothing beats talking to your customer as a starting point.

Haha! It's kinda like how we've all become so reliant on Google Maps, right? I can't even remember the last time I actually tried to figure out directions on my own! 🤔 Do you think AI for writing will make us all forget how to write, just like Google Maps might be making us worse at navigating?
