I can completely resonate with this. The "Teach AI your style before letting it contribute" part is underrated advice. Most people skip that step and then wonder why the codebase feels like alien.

A better approach would be smarter bot detection. Once you introduce face verification, it fundamentally breaks what makes platforms like Reddit work (Anonymity). When people feel their real identity is tied to what they say, the nature of the conversations changes completely.

Seen the same. “Outbound works” is too broad. Which outbound works depends entirely on ICP maturity, deal size, and how educated the buyer already is.
What if the outbound channel you're betting on is the wrong one for your market?

Personalization felt slow at first, but it forced us to actually understand the people we were reaching out to. That understanding helped beyond outbound too.
Does outbound actually work anymore, or are we all just blasting emails and hoping something sticks?

This hits so close to home. Billing always looks simple on paper “just aggregate usage and charge users”, until you realize you’ve basically built a fintech system inside your SaaS. Edge cases, syncing issues, invoice mismatches….it never ends.
How much time does your team spend building pricing and billing in-house?
