I am using NewOaksAI bi directional API as a kind of a RAG system for storing data and getting responses for legacy platforms like Manychat. NewOaksAI has webchat which is really convenient too.
There is an inbox, however we are using the HighLevel Inbox to manage conversations.
This is a power house when it comes to training your chatbot on business information. You have access to the chunked data to edit and improve on responses. If I could I would give it 6 stars as I believe NewOaksAI will continually improve.
