Notion tables for official documentation that the team utilizes with content documents in Google drive for Operations work. We also use Zoho projects for development organization. Then for my personal notes... some messy combination of bullet points on Notepad, Notion, and Atom.

More recently I've been using the samsung note with its little pen feature to jolt down ideas when im away from my desk. When I'm at my desk, Atom for brainstorming and a little whiteboard under my monitor for my todo's and quick call notes.

Maintaining a good schedule is crucial for me. When I keep my schedule bounded to the hours in which I've defined (i.e. work from 9-5 with scheduled breaks) my body knows when to expect what I'm doing and response with the appropriate amount of energy for the most part.

My girlfriend loves to play the puzzle game Apps you see ads for on Instagram or Facebook, but i personally never feel comfortable with them on my phone because the security checks that the app store uses can miss alot of fairly malicious things. So i pretty much always delete the apps after she's done with them.
Have you ever deleted an app due to privacy concerns?
