I've been cobbling this together for the last decade, and while it's gotten easier, it's still a tremendous pain, especially trying to remember which phone number, email and virtual card go together. Cloaked will replace (for me, today) Privacy.com, Dialpad, and Fastmail masked emails, plus tie them all together.

I've been using a standing desk for years, and the Lumina looks like it's got everything built-in that I've added piecemeal in 5 years of customization. Plus an embedded display.

I've been a very happy user since about August 2019 -- ironically, everything is working so smoothly that I've gone from logging in several times a day to once every day or two. Everything just works, and keeps me on track and informed. Kudos on building a killer product @lunchbag !

Oh wow! Yes! Got to play with the RoundTable back in the mid-2000s at Microsoft, and always hoped a more accessible version would make it (vs the Polycom licensed versions). This looks like a great product -- especially nice for teams spread across a couple of offices.

Since finding users is still a challenge if you're on a smaller instance, I'd be interested in a thread of other PH folks to follow. I'm @ben@ischool.social

The new single column view is great, especially paired with the new light theme.

The new single-column layout reduces visual clutter and lets you focus on the specific part of Mastodon you want to engage in.

I'm looking forward to new features this year to support B2B products even better (like grouping customers by company and getting company level roll ups) Pros: Frank and the team are dedicated to creating the best feedback capture tool. Love the Intercom integration and the web clipper. Cons: None to speak of

Super excited to be shipping this to all of our customers. Our users needed the ability to see how all of their team members were doing across a wide array of metrics, and they were using Google Sheets to get it done. With this release, we've eliminated that manual data entry for a lot of those teams. With "period to date" time comparison, it's super easy to see how you're doing this month...

No-BS Dashboard for Sales TeamsSales Analytics with Leaderboard by Close CRM
Most sales managers have to export their CRM data to a spreadsheet to gather actionable insights. We captured the most important parts of that experience to build a brand new set of reporting tools inside Close. Metrics that matter are just one click away!

It's been a pleasure to use, and gets better every month. So much nicer than others I've used in the past—it was a simple decision to switch all my monitoring to Hyperping. Pros: Reliable, clean, great support Cons: None

Looks like Mint (analytics, not finance), which is definitely a good thing. Is the goal to remain open source and make money from the hosted version?

Mastodon development is very active, and Eugen (@Gargron@mastodon.social) is incredibly responsive to the community. Whether you're spinning up your own instance or joining a community you're interested in, it's a fun place to have real conversations. Pros: Many communities with different flavors, but connected via ActivityPub federation Cons: None?
