Prior to raising concerns about discrimination, I thrived in my career and I loved what I did. That was taken from me, in no small part, because of how long I felt alone and lost, struggling to understand what was happening, why it was happening and how I could get it to stop. Over the course of 19 months a battle against one person who discriminated against me turned into a battle against an entire system who failed to protect me. In the process it forever altered who I am. JustiProof is the solution I wish I had and a labor of love. Each app update, guide, blog and video is created with a single goal of supporting others in their own fight against workplace discrimination.
