The forum with access to qualified, knowledgeable coaches when I’m unsure how to tweak my programme - for such a small monthly fee is incredible value. Pros: Love how I have a smorgasbord of training plans at my finger tips, and that I can see my blocks turning green as I complete my runs :) Cons: Can’t run for me when I’m strapped for time ;)

Definitely going to flag this to our HR team. Much-needed by me and others I know for sure Pros: Literal face-saver for those of us who can't remember our colleagues names! Cons: I guess we have to get HR to buy in first in order to roll out?
