How do you define your North Star Metrics and Input Metrics?

This week at Reforge we are learning how to define and choose our North Star Metrics and the Input Metrics of our Constellation of Metrics. The best way to learn new concepts is by using real examples, as we can see from the Learning Pyramid model. So, happy to learn this concept by applying it to your startup.
