About
I’m the CTO and co-founder of BasicOps. I’ve spent about twenty years building software platforms that change how people work, and how they work together. Before BasicOps, Jesper Schultz and I founded Jobvite, where I was Chief Architect. BasicOps is a single workspace for projects, tasks, communication, and files, where people and AI agents work side by side. I believe agents shouldn’t sit outside the flow of work. They should be permissioned collaborators with access to the same projects, tasks, discussions, files, and decisions as the team, so people can see, guide, and build on what they do. Originally from Denmark, now in San Francisco. When I’m not at a keyboard, I’m hiking the trails around the Bay Area. Always happy to talk about architecture, AI agents, and the future of work.
