After months of development, we are finally opening the Beta for Lingogrind. As a maker, I realized that most language apps focus on beginners, leaving advanced students (B2/C1) stuck repeating the same structural grammar mistakes forever.
We decided to build an AI that doesn't just "teach" but acts as a pattern corrector. It identifies your specific recurring errors and helps you rewire your brain through targeted practice.
I d love to get the community's perspective on this: When building an AI-driven tool, how do you balance "automated feedback" with "user intuition"? We are currently tweaking our correction engine and would love to hear your thoughts.
We're building Lingogrind, an AI-powered German exam simulator (Goethe, TestDaF, telc).
When preparing for official certification exams, we found the biggest pain point is getting real, actionable feedback on Writing and Speaking. Most language apps stop at multiple-choice quizzes, leaving serious students in the dark.
Our solution? An AI engine that not only grades your exam simulation but tells you exactly which sentence needs correcting in your Writing and where your fluency breaks down in your Speaking.
We re looking for 10 passionate language learners to test Lingogrind, our AI-powered platform designed to help you actually master a language, not just study it.
Hey everyone I'm a 23-year-old marketing & business student and co-founder of Lingogrind an AI-powered platform to learn German faster through personalized practice and real-time feedback.
I'm here to build openly, connect with other makers, and show what we're creating with Lingogrind. Still early, but going all-in on shipping, learning, and improving every day.
If you're building in AI, education, or just want to connect and share the journey let's talk. Happy to meet ambitious people and exchange ideas.
I have been using Duolingo for almost 3 years to learn a language, but I don't know anything at all.
Of course, I have some basic vocabulary from the vocabulary words, but it's not conversational level. I'm currently considering buying textbooks and workbooks.
