I founded Gravity Sphere after years in sales showed me that ability and value do not always determine how a person is perceived. Capable people can still be overlooked when what they bring is not fully seen, understood, or remembered. Gravity Sphere helps people discover the signals influencing how others see their value, whether they trust and remember them, and ultimately how they respond to them. We all want to be accepted, recognized, and chosen not because we need everyone’s approval, but because we want who we are and what we bring to reach the people, relationships, and opportunities that matter. Gravity Sphere grew from that realization and my work in Decision Science.
