For me, the best monetisation model is CapCut (especially that psychological side of that).

They let me use their free desktop version the whole time, so I started being dependent on them.

When you can build faster than ever these days with AI, how does it affect your launch plans on PH?

The timescale between features is dropping as building is becoming easier. So I'm curious:

• Are you planning one big launch, or many smaller ones?

• When do you feel it s 'enough' to launch when expectations might be higher?

• Does AI change how you think about launch timing and feature scope?

For example, I've got this site waiting for a launch myself: https://feedbagel.com, but I don't know whether to hold off until adding the next part, or can we have multiple launches on here within a short time frame?

It's simple. Drop your next big idea and get some brutally honest but hopefully valuable feedback. The rules are:

• Drop your idea, you don't have to go super in depth but give a sentence or two about what it is and does.

• Get roasted, duh

• Roast someone else's.

I started using Buzz today to create my social media assets here are my first impressions:

The templates are gorgeous. I m spending more time choosing than actually designing.

The CMS is super intuitive honestly feels like a must-have for any marketer.

Is it crazy to use Windsurf and Cursor both together?
