About

Founder of Rylaa, a modular productivity SaaS that integrates organization, prioritization, and analysis directly into every project. Today’s productivity platforms are too rigid for users who truly want to succeed in their projects. My core belief is that the problem is not the tools themselves, but how they are integrated. I’m building a unified system where every tool coexists seamlessly, bringing deeper insight to task management.

My first day on Product Hunt!

Hi everyone! I m Giuseppe, a Belgian founder building Rylaa, a productivity SaaS tool.

I ve been wanting to join this community for a while, and today I finally took the first step. I m proud to be part of it now!

My goal is to launch and present Rylaa here in the near future. Before doing so, I really want to explore the platform, discover the journeys of people who have experienced a Product Hunt launch, and exchange ideas with the tech ecosystem.

What are the best social media platforms for a SaaS?

Hey everyone :) !

I m trying to figure out the best ways to gain visibility and drive potential buyers to my website. It feels like certain social platforms are much better suited for this type of business than others.

Build your brand before your product, or launch first and reveal yourself later?

  1. I've always been on the personal brand side. More and more founders are building it now (sometimes even before the product is ready while it's still in development, before seed fundraising). The CEO builds their position so the product sells more easily at the official launch.

  2. But I have experience with people who built the product, scaled it, and only then did we discover who was behind it.

Honestly, with the first approach, I'd be concerned that people invest more in me as a person than in the product. People would idealise the founder and overlook the product's flaws (which could hurt development and constructive feedback).

+ I noticed the most common mistake that many people who started building a personal brand first, connected their product to their personal accounts (emails, social media, etc.) and started having a problem selling these things, because they cannot "give someone keys" to their personal profiles.
