I'm the founder of Sela, a caregiving companion app I built because I needed it. As the most available of my siblings, I became the caregiver for my parents through surgeries, disability, and chronic pain. I learned the hard way that staying organized isn't just helpful, it can be the difference between daily health improvement and daily complacency that could lead to worsening health and even death. Sela launched beta April on 18th at getsela.app.
I am also an experienced Operations leader with 10+ years of experience directing teams, overseeing service delivery, and driving organizational performance across contact center, nonprofit, and cross-functional environments. I bring full people management authority hiring, developing, and holding teams accountable alongside a track record of building operational infrastructure that organizations actually run on.
I am particularly drawn to mission-driven companies working at the intersection of wellness, community, and human services. As a 500-hour registered yoga instructor with experience delivering corporate wellness programs, and as a longtime community organizer within LGBTQIA+ spaces, I understand from the inside what it means to build operations that serve people not just processes.
