I read your T&C and your team allows minors to use platform with permission? How do you obtain permission? Especially if only German T&C is binding (2.5). This is such great advice, when starting a company or anything. You have to make sure your team is “all in”. Have they bought into the vision, not just the product. There’s also something to be said about that. Often times the makers of the team don’t always see or know what the vision is. If there is no vision, there can be no passion and with out passion you will get little to know engagement...
