call me old school but I like a good old pen & make a list first thing in the morning. Thereafter, organize time slots for the various activities. Make sure you leave time for all the chaos that occurs throughout your day.

One of my favorite thing to do is to travel and try new cuisines. Some recipes, I'd love to make back at home but never get the chance to - this could be a great solution!

fail fast and learn from it. Biggest failure is launching a community that I had no bandwidth and ultimately failed to get engagement. It's hard to spark a fire when you got another full time job to cater too.

I feel like this is everyone company's goal to get internal employees to help with the marketing. Easier for start up where everyone is mission driven whereas when you start to scale this becomes less relevant.

I think it really depends on the level of expertise that you bring. If someone is able to build it but you have overall commercial skillsets to help bring it to life than I think are entitled to more equity.
