I have ILLA and it's one of my most favorite tool. Super versatile and easy to setup. It's the perfect solution for building custom dashboards and internal tools. Highly recommend it! Only feedback I would suggest is maybe making possible for 3rd party Google extensions to play nicely with ILLA. I have the CommandBar app and would like both integrate nicely. Maybe there's a way but I haven't...

I have worked in technical support for several years using Zendesk and Salesforce and can safely say that BoldDesk is the best alternative. Everything is well thought out, and there ability to make rich customizations on the sidebar through their API is amazing! Great job team! Only thing missing for the future is a phone connection.
