About

I build small Android apps on my own, and I post what breaks along the way. DaysSince answers one question: when did I last change that filter, take that pill, water that plant? You name the thing once. After that, taking a photo is the whole record — no date picker, no reminder to set, nothing that scolds you for a broken streak. Your records sit on your phone. PlantSince is in development. Same idea for plants, with a screen that stacks two photos of the same plant and tells you how far apart they are. I'm a one-person shop, so I read everything people send me.

DaysSince - When did I last do this? Answer it with a photo.

Most trackers ask you to build a habit: pick a date, set a reminder, keep a streak. DaysSince drops all three. You name a thing once, and after that the record is a photo - the shutter time is the timestamp. There is nothing to remember and nothing to check in on, so you look when you feel like looking. It never notifies you and there is no streak to keep. You can also bulk-import photos you already have; lined up under one item, they show intervals you never noticed.
