I'm a founding engineer at Ogment. We build AI agents that live in Slack and do actual work in the tools companies already use. Most of what I've built is the machinery underneath, mostly the runtime and scheduling, plus the integration layer that connects agents to a few hundred external systems. The model answering is maybe a tenth of the work. The rest is keeping things running once they're wired into somebody's CRM and calendar and ticketing system. Before this I was co-founder and CTO of Resolve for seven years, a mortgage fintech in Geneva. Five engineers, over a billion francs a year brokered. I wrote the first version myself and never really stopped writing code, and at some point I had to admit I like building more than managing. So now I build.
