I am a little confused. Do you just give the shopping lists and the recipes or you also do the grocery shopping? Doesn't it really depend on the market price wise? For example here in New York city everything is ridiculously expensive. I live 5 min away from a Whole Foods but every time I go,I need to spend a paycheck!
