Disappointed with Revolut’s Customer Service and Reliability I had high hopes for Revolut given all the hype around its features and convenience, but my experience has been quite frustrating. While the app interface is modern and offers useful tools, the customer service is severely lacking. When I encountered an issue with a blocked transaction, it took days to get a response only to receive vague, unhelpful replies. Additionally, I've noticed occasional app glitches and unexpected account limitations without clear explanations. For a financial service, reliability and responsive support are essential, and unfortunately, Revolut fell short for me in both areas. I hope they work on improving customer support and transparency going forward.
