Great product... when it works which has been 2 days out of 13.
They are able to output quality music but the site keeps crashing, the API keeps crashing, and that goes on for days and days while support strings you along.
What needs improvement
Their site keeps crashing.
Their API keeps timing out.
Support is dishonest: they offered to refund me when I reported issues... and then refused to refund me once I gave up on them (12 days later).
This is my experience of November 2025. But seeing as AppSumo and TrustPilot reviews complained about similar issues in 2024 I have no hope for them.

- they decided to sunset the looping API because they could not fix it;
- the regular (non-looping) API also had plenty of issues
- issues were still not resolved 12 days later

Could not explore this depsite planning to, because their API kept crashing.
How many generations per month on each plan?
In theory thousands but their site crashed and wouldn't let me generate more despite having 7500 on balance.
