If we leave only one essential ability that all company founders should possess, it is that of an activator. Activators find a way to initiate something and achieve results, which is synonymous with the notion of a leader. Activators create the team's core, develop the basic "idea" and strategic direction, organize the legal form, find office space, organize meetings, etc. What else can you add, hunters?
Points system, badges, leaderboard, recognition. Big fan of how Stackoverflow implemented it without diluting the experience/quality. Any other ideas/examples?
