Canva is a an excellent product with one of the best free plans you can find. I've used this for both personal and professional purposes in the past, and couldn't recommend it more.

Switching to Notion has optimized how we work as a company. It not only allows us to track tasks easily, it has also allowed us to consolidate internal documentation (like compliance docs) into one space and customize them according to use.

We've used HelpScout for multiple sites since 2018 and love it. It makes it easy to provide support to users and track the most frequent questions and searches in our help docs. But, the Beacon feature is our favourite, as it allows us to display a message or article to users instantly.

An excellent tool for SEO and content marketers, whether you're part of a team or riding solo. It's not cheap, but it certainly has value for money if you make the most of all available features.
