I started to program when I was a kid, using a Commodore computer, and I never stopped. I am the founder of DaDaBIK, one of the very first no-code/low-code dev platform for Web applications, available since 2001, and the founder of AppifyText.ai. I was the founder of Mentor.FM, a recommendation Web radio / music discovery service launched in 2013. I worked on automatic fake news detection and co-authored one of the most cited scientific paper on the topic. I have a PhD in Computer Science and I teach Data Science and Databases at the Università Cattolica in Italy. I have been visiting researcher at the University of California, Berkeley; Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Barcelona; Freie universität Berlin. I love music, I am a bad guitar player and an even worst synth player.
