Hey cool idea but do we really need another note-taking app, it's got plain text only but what about those who need rich text or more formatting options, maybe think about adding those features, how does it stand out from what's already out there 🤔

I get the idea behind having an assistant engineer on-call but won't automating RCCA reports miss out on some key details that need human judgment also, how well does it really integrate with Slack, and what about the learning curve for non-tech folks, would love to see more examples or maybe a demo
