@jefffis, I visited your website ant it's quite good. In fact, we also launched a Job board 4 months back (well, completely different niche and hence complementing and not competing :)). I had come up with this idea to give competition to ourselves - you can check the story. So, basically after I quit my career in the IT industry and entered the unknown waters (story), it was in IT focused...
