I signed up for Synthesia to create videos for my client, a legitimate financial institution. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered that the platform was unsuitable for our needs, as their policies do not allow financial institutions to create videos. This critical limitation was not clear prior to purchasing the subscription. When I contacted Synthesia's support team to request more details and a refund, the experience was extremely disappointing. My queries about why the video rejected went unanswered, and support was slow and unhelpful. Despite using the platform for only two days, Synthesia refused to issue a refund, citing their strict no-refund policy. As someone who runs a digital marketing agency and regularly works with software and AI platforms, I expected much better customer service. Synthesia's lack of responsiveness, transparency, and unwillingness to accommodate legitimate users is unacceptable. I recommend creatify as a better alternative (with amazing support) to Synthesia.
