Kumospace completely failed for our team — anything over ~15 people in a meeting and audio breaks, people drop out, and it’s unusable.
Customer support is non-existent. Their “customer success” team doesn’t solve problems — they just try to upsell you. We didn’t even bother troubleshooting because it was obvious they had no interest in fixing anything.
We cancelled within days of the last payment, but they hid behind “no refunds” and threw us a 25% “courtesy” refund like we should be grateful. Shady, unhelpful, and not worth your time or money.
