What are the ways to increase the mental wellbeing of a team working remotely?

Most of the teams have currently been working remotely due to Coronavirus pandemic, and it affects our mental well-being to be far away from our co-workers. Which ways do you follow to feel better, and make your co-workers feel better? What ways do you follow to make it feel like working together in a physical office/studio?

What's on your Christmas wishlist this year? 🎁

The Holidays are fast approaching and with so many things that have launched this year, it's hard to pick. I would love to get a PS5 possibly or maybe a new watch, something to cut my own hair (thanks Covid) and some shoes. In general though most important to me is just being able to spend some time with my parents and siblings after the year it's been.

Please recommend some of your favorite books!

Working from home has given me some extra time to read in the mornings and evenings because I no longer have to commute 2+ hours back and forth. So, I've been compiling a reading list- please feel free to recommend some of your favorite books! The more diverse the genres, the better. I am currently reading Beloved by Toni Morrison, and am looking forward to moving onto Pachinko because everyone I know has hyped it up.

What is the most tedious part of your day

For me it's the start. I shutdown my machine and have to restart all my software in the morning and sometimes remembering where I left off is impossible

What do you honestly think of asynchronous communication?

In our traditional work world, we're used to meetings (video or not) where we all attend at the same time. However, in our new remote work world, asynchronous communication is taking hold. This happens when information is shared and people can respond and collaborate on their own time. (Here is an example: https://app.weet.co/play/707395d... ) Does sharing information asynchronously appeal to you? Do you like the idea of sharing info and waiting a few hours (or a day) for responses in exchange for the convenience of responding on your own time? Do you like the idea of not having to respond instantly? Do you think it's beneficial to have more time to "think on" big decisions and have more clarity before moving forward? I'm curious to know how readily you would adopt asynchronous communication. Any insights would be helpful

What is the best marketing growth hack that you actually used and saw results?

Here is one of my all time favorites... Writing Pillar Statistics Posts to Get Loads of Quality Passive Backlinks I have used a pretty simple formula to get over a 1000 unique referring domain backlinks every year. Step 1 Find the keyword statistic phrases in your niche that have a search volume of 50+. For example, if you had a dog blog or website, then some of the phrases would be; dog bite statistics, dog owner statistics, service dog statistics. Step 2 Look at the first two pages of Google results and identify the post with the most statistics by looking at the titles. If the highest number is "37 Dog Bite Statistics," then your post title would take it a notch higher with "50 Eye Opening Dog Bite Statistics." Step 3 Compile a great blog post with a list of 50 stats and organize them for easy scanning. Every time a news reporter has a story about a dog attack, they go straight to Google looking for some stats to include in their article. They typically click on the Google result with the highest number in the title. After they grab a stat or two from your post, they link the stat on their article back to your post.
