I’m Elizabeth 👋 A UK-based operator with a background in financial services, now Chief of Staff at Serene, a fintech-for-good startup. My focus is on building technology that helps banks and service providers better detect and support customers in vulnerable situations - and we’re now developing a direct-to-consumer version to spot wasted spend, surface better deals, and ensure support arrives before financial stress builds.
