I’m the founder of Thally, the product knowledge layer for software teams. I spent more than seven years working in developer experience at Netlify, Flutterwave, and LI.FI, where I kept running into the same problem, products changed faster than the docs, websites, and support content that explained them. Now I’m building Thally to do the detective and synchronization work. When a pull request merges into product repos, Thally works out what changed, traces the impact across every connected surface (docs, webiste, support pages, etc), and opens relevant PRs for teams to review and merge.
