How do you maintain "Clear Numbers" in small-scale production without losing your mind?
I run a paint production facility, and for a long time, my biggest challenge wasn't just "making paint", it was knowing exactly what was happening at every stage of the process.
We wanted total order: from the moment a raw ingredient arrives to the final product shipment. Most importantly, we needed clear numbers. In manufacturing, if your data is fuzzy, your profit is fuzzy.
