This looks really great. Exactly what I'm looking for. Very elegant. Does this potentially also remove the need for a CRM altogether for a small team (still founder led sales) or do you recommend using it with a CRM?

I’ve used this since it came out - I was deficient in a few things and Heights sorted it (I take quarterly blood tests so could track the impact). Highly recommended!
