Building the next generation delivery logistics platform

Hey Product Hunt! Sandeep here founder of Operation Track. After running a busy meal delivery company for years, I got tired of juggling clunky driver spreadsheets, poor customer updates, and route chaos. So I built Operation Track a clean, efficient platform to manage last-mile delivery without the stress. With Operation Track, you can: Optimize multi-stop routes in seconds Send live tracking links and ETA updates to customers Collect photo/signature proof of delivery Customize forms and notifications View powerful delivery analytics over time Whether you're running 5 drivers or scaling to 500, our platform grows with you. We're offering a 14-day free trial to let you test it with zero friction. Would love your feedback, questions, or feature ideas Thanks for checking us out! Sandeep Founder, Operation Track

What possible threats do you see in using AI?

I read about a few cases that sounded like something out of a horror story.

For example:

  • An AI chatbot pushed a teen to k*ll himself

  • AI Model Refuses To Listen to Humans After Being Told to Shut Down

  • Psychiatrist Poses as Teen  Finds AI Therapy Bots Encouraging Violence, Suicide, and Fake Intimacy

Let me introduce – DeskMinder². The biggest and completely free update.

I ve been working on this update for the past few months, and now DeskMinder is not just about reminders it s also about tasks.

A completely reimagined app, with every pixel on the screen refined

Added modes to switch between tasks and reminders

SaaS founders: which of these 6 UX design services would be most helpful to you?

I m a UX designer working with SaaS products, preparing to launch a solo UX agency. I m refining my service offerings and want to hear from founders: what kind of UX support would actually be useful to you?

  1. Full UX analysis report (fixed-price package, no Figma work) A complete audit of your product s UX, diagnosing issues affecting activation, retention, and usability, with actionable fixes.

  2. Specific UX analysis (fixed-price package, no Figma work) A deep dive into one particular area or flow (e.g. onboarding, dashboard, checkout) that you suspect is hurting the user experience.

  3. Full redesign (fixed-price package, includes analysis and hands-on design) A complete UX redesign of your product, starting with analysis and moving through wireframes to final mockups.

  4. Partial redesign (fixed-price package, scoped to specific areas) Targeted design improvements to parts of your product you already know need work.

  5. Ongoing UX support (weekly/monthly subscription) Continuous UX improvements over time, including analysis, design work, and optimization.

  6. Design from scratch (fixed-price package based on estimate) UX design for a brand new product, including design system, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Also open to hearing about any other UX needs you ve had as a SaaS team. Thanks!

Debunking myths of having an agency vs Bespoke designers for your product

Designing Experiences, Solving Problems, and Crafting Success Stories As a UI/UX designer, I ve often heard: Why hire a small independent designer when big agencies are out there? Let me answer that upfront because you deserve designs as unique and tailored as your vision. Here s why working with me isn t just a choice; it s the right choice: 1 Your Project = My Sole Focus Unlike large teams juggling many clients, your goals get my undivided attention. I dig deep to understand your audience and create designs that don t just look great but deliver results. 2 Tailored Solutions, Not Cookie-Cutter Designs I craft every pixel, user flow, and interaction for you. It's like a bespoke suit. It fits you, matches your brand, and solves your unique challenges. 3 Expertise Meets Empathy I have hands-on experience with tools like Figma. I focus on users. I specialize in reducing cognitive load and improving user journeys. Not just take my words; hear what others are saying: She is approachable, open to feedback, and delivers great work." Her designs exhibit intuition, seamlessness, and a strong focus on the user. " 4 Strategic Design Backed by Results I ve proven that thoughtful design can transform digital experiences. It can boost engagement, drive conversions, and improve usability. 5 Experience That Speaks for Itself I've worked with diverse teams and clients, from design agencies to global brands. My track record isn t just about creating beautiful designs; it s about making a tangible impact. But here s the truth: Some clients hesitate because they are unsure if one designer can handle it all. To that, I say: I ve delivered end-to-end design solutions that meet deadlines and maintain precision. If you're ready to take your project to the next level, let s connect. Drop me a message or comment below, and let s chat about how I can help bring your vision to life. Remember: A big agency might be the safe choice, but if you want the right choice, let us work together. hashtag#UIUXDesign hashtag#FigmaExpert hashtag#BespokeDesign hashtag#UserExperience hashtag#TailoredSolutions
