This idea reminds me of Duolingo - making learning of "languages" fun. Very lightweight and well-designed. Not too hard, but hard enough to make you think!

I had a similar idea that I am planning to work on as a side project, but focused on ONE simple emoji, rather than just one. I like the simplicity of just sending an emoji or two to your friend, just to let them know you're thinking of them.
