Organisations face increasingly complex internal/external issues; in which they must respond without undue delay. In response to these challenges, I am at the forefront of helping organisations by providing a structured approach to plan, organise, control and manage their day-to-day operational project aspects (timelines, budget, resources) to deliver optimal results. As an experienced project manager, I’ve led a multitude of complex mid-to-large scale project deliveries and implementations within the healthcare industry. Using PMO best practices and software implementation methodologies, I focus on driving business value by managing the entire project lifecycle from project kick-off to post go-live support.
